Well first of all thanks for giving me a chance to express how happy I am with Intertop's Casino. As you all know we player's that live in the US have had a very difficult time this last year with being able to have a bit of fun online. Ok this is absolutely a true story about Intertops customer service personel and their ability to deal with bullheaded gamblers (such as myself) with the patients of a saint.
This is too funny you're going to laugh although I was completely embarassed. You see I was depositing into my account one evening using a prepaid visa that I load locally in my home town. I deposited a total of $65 to my brand new intertops acct. without a glitch. On this particular evening I was depositing another $25 all was going well when I received a message stating that my transaction would be verified later and i would be notified when it went through.
This was different I never received that message ever before this night. Disappointed I went to bed waiting for my deposit to be verified. 2 days had passed when I finally emailed Intertops and asked what was taking so long? A very positive affermative email came back stating I had played through the deposit and no funds were due my account. Only I hadn't played I was anxiously waiting but hadn't!
I checked the balance of my visa the money wasn't there? So I called Intertops via telephone. Again I was met with the voice of a friendly CS rep. who stated I was due nothing and had played my deposit. Frustration in my voice I was clearly becoming upset demanding some one look into this matter as if my measly $25 would make or break this casino. Where the heck was my deposit money I ordered the CS rep to check her figures again check my playcheck just find out where my money went!
Well this is a long story so to keep it from being a book, I insisted I had made the deposit (afterall my pre-pay visa balance was 0.00. Over a period of 5 days I spoke to several Intertops employees, not one of the customer service reps I dealt with spoke to me in anger or treated me with disrespect they weren't rude, on the contrary they were completely professional; they just as a matter of fact stuck to the story that I was owed nothing. Finally trying to prove them wrong and myself right I emailed Intertops my statements from playcheck and the pre-pay company and basically told them they were stupid and why is this so difficult to understand. Then I checked my visa 1 more time and I have never felt so stupid as I did the moment I realized the reload amount I thought I had put on my card never went through to the visa so of course my deposit could never be verified so my balance never changed, and the special reload pin# was still valid. In otherwords They were right I was owed nothing. "They were" each and everyone of the persons who had to deal with my frustration I trying to make them understand and they trying to get me to understand.
Many casinos would have just told me Blah blah blah goodbye and hang up, but not Intertops even though I was wrong they went to great lengths to ease my embarrassment and even gave me a 100% match on my deposit when it finally did go through. That's my idea of customer service. They have the attitude that the customer is always right even when they are absolutely wrong.

I had quit playing at the casinos after the USA decided online gambling was a no-no and I live in New York State which was even worse but then I started hearing so many great things about Intertops,I decided to give it a go.

I haven't been depositing for very long and I really missed Microgaming so it felt teriffic playing again.The customer service is first rate! I have called them and they are always very helpful.

I got myself locked out three times in one night by entering the wrong CC details and each time they were there to help me out.And I am glad to know that they will lock you out. I wouldn't wan't someone getting into my account.

My favorite games are TallyHo and Ladies night. I am addicted to them and someday I plan on winning enough to cash out...(I hope..lol). A $45 deposit can keep me playing for a very long time which is great since I'm not able to make large deposits.I have played some of the others. Hitman was fun and all of the multiline games but I keep going right back to TallyHo and Ladies Night...Can't stay away from those two slots!

fast response, with my log name and password. Their support is very fast, and friendly.

The reason Intertops is Tops, (in my opinion) is because they have microgaming software. I luv playing slots and they are the best! Intertops offer great bonuses, and promos! The only negative thing i have to say about Intertops is changing their minimum deposit amount. I really feel, that their minimum is too high. As a depositing player i think $20 is fair. and reasonable.

I started my relationship with Intertops when, surprisingly, noone knew they took USA players. I talked to live chat to confirm then went off to spread the word. I know that, literally, hundreds of people created accts because of that. I made several deposits - then - I messed up on one of my deposits by hitting "cancel" instead of "confirm" which left my money on my prepaid card in limbo. I called CS who explained the situation and told me it would be several weeks before that charge went back onto my acct. Needless to say I was not happy (with myself)...at any rate...the casino was gracious enough to place that deposit amount into my acct (as a free chip)...I mean, who does that??

I get so frustrated with casinos that do not go the extra mile for their loyal customers - but they did - and I will continue to deposit there. I love Micro software - I love their CS. That's what keeps a player depositing. I am a little disappointed that they raised the minimum deposit, so I am not always able to play there but I still get free chips from time to time - which is awesome. My only advice - is to lower the minimum deposit - build a better comp program and daily bonuses!! They'de get all my money - for sure!! Thanks Intertops for a great place to have fun!!
